Drawing inspiration from the historical association of horses with divine feminine figures, my design concept is a journey through time, exploring the evolving relationship between women and horses. Inspired by the 19th-century horse riding habit, I reimagine the transition of women’s attire over the ages, from the masculine inspired garments of the past to the embodiment of feminine power and grace. Infusing elements of goddess aesthetics, the collection symbolizes the strength, wisdom, and divine grace attributed to mythical equestrian figures. The combination of fluid, shiny lining fabrics with matte textures reflects the multifaceted nature of the female experience, while the incorporation of a special dress design maintains elegance and tradition. Through this collection, I aim to capture horse riding as a metaphorical reflection of the bond between women and the untamed spirit of the horse, celebrating the inherent power, freedom, and fertility of the feminine essence.
